| Harry Lowe President | Harry Lowe is a Washington, DC native and a graduate of Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa. Harry began his insurance career in 1968 and by 1972 had opened his own independent insurance agency. Harry can offer his clients a level of expertise developed from working in the insurance industry for more than forty years. |

While he was in college, Matt had the opportunity to travel to Australia where he spent 7 months studying business. Matt joined the Lowe-Tillson team in December 2011 and is currently licensed in Property & Casualty. As a result of Matt’s philosophical studies of critical thinking and problem solving, he offers the agency a unique perspective on the industry. |

He attended James Madison University where he was a founding father of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance. Will completed a semester abroad in Belgium where he studied business at the University of Antwerp. Like his father, Will has grown up in Montgomery County and loves the area. On weekends he volunteers for the Miracle League. He is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Health & Accident. |
| Patricia Lowe CFO | Pat graduated from Denison University, Granville, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. While working in Washington, D.C. for the Peace Corps, she obtained the additional credits in Accounting to obtain her CPA license. Pat worked for ADP from 1975 through 1987, after which she was a consultant on a part-time basis. She joined the Lowe-Tillson team in 1999. Pat served on the Board of The Ivymount School, a school for children with special needs. |
| Kimberley Kenealy Commercial Lines kkenealy@lowetillson.com Tel Ext. 122 | Kim has worked in the insurance industry since 1996. She has seen both the company and agency sides of the business and is experienced in both commercial and personal lines accounts. As a member of the Lowe-Tillson team since 2005, she primarily works with the agency’s larger commercial accounts. Kim graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a degree in Biology and successfully earned her CIC designation in December 2011. |

She was part owner of a California insurance agency and joined Lowe-Tillson after her move to Maryland in 2004. Experienced in both personal and commercial lines, Lisa loves to assist her customers with any questions they may have. She is fluent in Armenian and Arabic. |
